With over 14 years of relevant experience, Aravind is an expert in senior software engineering, AI, frontend development, software engineering, and integration. Prior to his current role, Aravind served as a Staff Software Engineer at Zendesk, where he led the front-end development team in Singapore for a project aimed at unifying the user interfaces of all Zendesk products. He also served as a Senior Software Engineer at Zendesk, where he led a complex project to migrate the Zendesk Chat front-end from a legacy in-house technology to React. Additionally, he helped implement features for enterprise customers, such as fine-grained access control and integration with advanced business intelligence tools. Aravind has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) in Aerospace Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. He is highly proficient in a range of technologies and has a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
